Landscape Design Services in Las Vegas
Every property is different. We design around your specific conditions — sun exposure, soil type, HOA restrictions, water budget, and how you actually use the space.

Front Yard Design
Curb appeal is the first impression. We design front yards that look intentional — balanced plant placement, clean rock or DG groundcover, defined borders, and a clear focal point that reads well from the street.

Backyard & Outdoor Living Design
A well-designed backyard integrates hardscape, softscape, and structure. We plan the full layout — patio zone, turf or rock areas, planting beds, fire pit placement, and flow between indoor and outdoor space.

Xeriscape & Desert Design
Desert landscaping done right looks clean, not barren. We design water-wise yards using SNWA-approved plants, proper hydrozoning, and rock or DG groundcover that reduces water use while maintaining visual interest.

Hardscape Integration
Pavers, walls, steps, and stone features need to be designed into the landscape — not dropped into it. We plan hardscape and softscape together so materials, colors, and proportions work as a unified whole.

Plant Selection & Placement
Right plant, right place. We select species suited to Las Vegas soil, sun exposure, and water availability — factoring in mature size, seasonal color, and HOA requirements — then place them for longevity, not just opening day.
Commercial Landscape Design
Office parks, HOA common areas, and retail centers have design needs that differ from residential. We plan commercial landscapes for low maintenance, year-round appearance standards, and SNWA compliance.
Our Landscape Design Process
Free On-Site Consultation
We visit your property, walk the space, take measurements, and listen. You tell us what you want — we tell you what is realistic given your budget, soil, sun exposure, HOA rules, and SNWA requirements.
Design Concept & Material Selection
We develop a layout concept covering plant placement, groundcover selection, hardscape elements, and irrigation zoning. We walk you through material and plant options with real samples and completed project photos.
Review, Adjust & Approve
You review the concept. We adjust based on your feedback — budget constraints, HOA approval requirements, personal preferences. Nothing moves forward until you are fully aligned on scope and cost.
Installation
Our licensed crew installs everything per the agreed plan. We manage material delivery, irrigation, planting, and cleanup. You get a walk-through of the finished property and irrigation timer settings before we leave.
Why Las Vegas Landscape Design Is Different
Most landscape design advice is written for climates where rain is predictable, soil has organic matter, and summer temperatures stay below 100°F. Las Vegas is none of those things. A design that works in Phoenix may not work here. One that works in Southern California will fail faster.
We design for what Las Vegas actually is — Mojave Desert, alkaline caliche soil, summer highs above 115°F, monsoon wind events, and water restrictions that are only getting stricter. Every plant we recommend can handle those conditions. Every layout we design accounts for how heat moves across a property and where plants will need shade or wind protection.
- Plant selection from SNWA's Water Smart approved species list
- Hydrozoning — plants grouped by water need, not just location
- Caliche layer identification and soil amendment planning
- HOA-compliant material and color palette selection
- Drip irrigation design sized to plant water requirements
- SNWA rebate eligibility review during the design phase

Landscape Design FAQ — Las Vegas
A free on-site visit where we measure your space, assess soil and drainage, discuss your goals and budget, and recommend plants, materials, and layout suited to the Las Vegas desert. We cover HOA requirements if applicable and provide a written scope before any work begins.
The initial consultation is free. Design fees depend on the scope — a simple front yard layout costs far less to design than a full backyard outdoor living space with hardscape, lighting, and irrigation. We provide itemized estimates before work begins.
Yes — SNWA-compliant design is one of our specialties. We select plants from the SNWA water-wise list, design drip systems that meet current schedules, and can help you qualify for rebates of up to $3 per square foot when converting grass to desert landscaping.
Yes. We design for HOA-governed communities throughout Henderson (Green Valley, Anthem, Inspirada) and Summerlin. We know typical ARC requirements around plant species, rock colors, and paver materials, and can advise before you submit an application.
Xeriscape design prioritizes drought-tolerant, desert-adapted plants — DG, native rock, agaves, shrubs — that need minimal irrigation once established. Standard designs may include higher water-use plants or lawn. In Las Vegas, most well-designed yards lean xeric for cost savings and SNWA compliance. We help you find the right balance.
